At the heart of thermal imaging systems, our infrared thermal sensors combine high-sensitivity detectors with smart processing to deliver crisp heat visualization and precise temperature data (±1°C).

Available in three types:

  • LWIR (8-14μm) for security/industrial use

  • MWIR (3-5μm) for high-temp monitoring

  • SWIR (0.9-2.5μm) for haze penetration

Ready for integration with USB/GigE interfaces and developer SDKs.

Infrared Thermal Sensor Advantages

24/7 All-Weather Operation
Our infrared thermal sensors detect heat signatures day or night, performing equally well in complete darkness, smoke, fog, and dust – conditions where visible-light cameras fail.

Safe Non-Contact Detection
Measure temperatures accurately from a distance without physical contact, eliminating contamination risks and enabling inspections of hazardous or moving equipment.

Multi-Industry Versatility
From predictive maintenance in factories to perimeter security and wildlife observation, our sensors adapt to military, industrial, and commercial applications.

Crisp Thermal Visualization
High-resolution detectors paired with advanced image processing deliver clear thermal contrast, revealing critical details like overheating components or hidden intruders.

Cost-Efficient Solution
With competitive pricing and minimal maintenance requirements, our sensors make professional-grade thermal imaging accessible for diverse budgets.

Differences of LWIR IR Thermal Sensors & SWIR IR Thermal Sensors

Short-wave infrared (SWIR) sensors typically cover the 0.9-2.5μm spectrum, while long-wave infrared (LWIR) sensors operate in the 8-14μm range.

SWIR IR Thermal Sensors
  • Better visibility through haze/light fog

  • Can utilize ambient star light at night

  • Higher resolution for close-range imaging

LWIR IR Thermal Sensors
  • True thermal imaging capability

  • Work in complete darkness

  • Better for detecting body heat and temperature differences
